In an effort to provide an inviting atmosphere and to ensure the smooth and safe operation of our facilities, the Terrace Point Marina has established the following policies. Terrace Point Marina thanks you in advance for your cooperation.
Terrace Point Marina restrooms are for the use of all Tenants and Tenant’s guests. Please clean up after yourself and notify the Shoreline Inn front desk of any problems (supplies, plumbing, cleanliness, etc.).
Discharge & Rubbish
No Tenant shall discharge oils, spirits, flammable liquid or any bilges into the Marina. Garbage shall be deposited in waste containers supplied for that purpose. Notify the Shoreline Inn front desk for items too large to fit into containers.
Tenants are required to keep their pets leashed at all times and are responsible for the cleanup of marina property after pet’s use.
Swimming, diving and fishing are not permitted from the docks or finger piers.
Free Cable TV, WI-FI, & Utilities Included in the Slip Rental Fees
Tenants are entitled to water, 30 or 50amp power, free WI-FI, and free cable with movie and sports channels. Please do not leave your air conditioning on while the vessel is not occupied.
Outdoor and Indoor Pools
All Tenants and up to 4 of their guests at a time (more guests with approval of manager) have the non-exclusive right to use outdoor pool. Tenant must follow Landlords rules posted by each pool. Examples of such rules include: no glass in pool area, no pets in pool area or clubhouse, all children under the age of 17 must be accompanied by someone 18 years or older; amenity use can be subject to certain hours, etc. The indoor pool in the hotel is also available to tenants of the marina, but because the size of the room limits the legal occupancy of the indoor pool area, only guests of the hotel and tenants of the marina are allowed use (therefore, 4 additional guests are not allowed in the indoor pool area, only the outdoor pool area).
Clubhouse (including kitchen & laundry equipment)
All Tenants and Tenants guests have the right to use the clubhouse during the posted allowed hours. Please clean up after yourselves and respect Landlords rules posted in clubhouse.
All Tenants and their guests are permitted to use grills in picnic area and are responsible to clean grills after their use. Grills are not allowed on docks at any time.
Safe Dock Policy
Nothing should be modified or affixed to any dock without prior approval from marina management.
Special Event parking permits will be available on a first come, first serve basis and available on the day of the special event at Guest Services.
Dock Boxes & Storage
Tenant can use the storage dock box located at Tenant’s assigned slip, however, at tenants own risk. Dock boxes need to be closed and secured with a hook, wire, or lock. Tenant is responsible for any damage to dock box caused by high winds and tenants failure to secure dock box. Landlord is not responsible for any items missing from dock boxes or vessels, and it is recommended they both be locked when tenants are not present. After November 1st, dock boxes will be emptied and items disposed of by landlord, and tenant waives aby claims for lost items.
Seasonal Rules for the clubhouse, pool area(s) & other amenities
These rules will be posted in the clubhouse and bathroom facilities by the pool. Tenant agrees to abide by these rules, which are subject to change from time to time. At your request, a copy of the seasonal rules are available for your review prior to commitment to this agreement. Tenant is bound by all posted rules and all rules in this agreement.
Reciprocity with hotel and marina amenities
Tenant understands that there is currently a reciprocal agreement between the hotel and the marina to share amenities, whereby the hotel guests are able to use the marina pool and green areas with grills, while marina guests can use the amenities on the ground floor of the hotel only, specifically the indoor pool, indoor Jacuzzis, exercise room, and game room. This reciprocal agreement does not include use of the hotels main floor amenities, nor food from the hotel, nor continental breakfast, nor business center usage. Boat slip Tenants are welcome to use the convenience store, but are not entitled to free ice from the hotel. Ice can be purchased at the marina from the ice machine located at the clubhouse.
Tenant, its guests, invitees, agents, or employees, shall use their best efforts to keep noise to a minimum at all times, including but not limited to, the operation of engines, generators, stereos and radios.
All Tenant’s guests, and invitees enter the marina’s premises at their own risk. Terrace Point Marina shall not be responsible for injury to persons entering the premises or for property damage caused by such entry, unless it results from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Terrace Point Marina.
Terrace Point Marina will not be responsible for damage that occurs to vessels while docking.
Any immoral, disorderly or offensive conduct by Tenant, its guests, invitees, agents, and/or employees which might injure a person, cause damage to property or harm the reputation of Terrace Point Marina shall not be tolerated, will be deemed a breach of the Boat Slip Lease Agreement and will result in the immediate termination of such Lease, as well as cause for immediate removal of the boat and persons in question from the premises, upon demand of any management of Terrace Point Marina.
Change of Rules
Terrace Point Marina reserves the right to modify and amend these policies from time to time at its sole discretion. The current policies shall be posted on the marina property. All Tenants, their guests, invitees, agents and authorized users must comply with current policies.
Seasonal Parking Permits
Seasonal Parking Permits will be issued at the beginning of the season for up to two (2) vehicles per slip. These will be distributed at the beginning of the season.
